We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time, subject to applicable Indian consumer-protection law. Credit/debit card and UPI information is always encrypted during transfer over networks and processed only through RBI-authorised payment gateways; we do not store full payment card details. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

We are not responsible if information on this site is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Material is provided for general information only. We may modify site content at any time without obligation to update it.

SECTION 4 – PRICING, GST AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST); a GST-compliant invoice is issued with every order. Product packaging, labelling and declarations comply with the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is placed. We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately, but cannot guarantee your device's display is accurate. We reserve the right to limit sales by person, region, or quantity, and to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 5 – ORDERS, PAYMENTS AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, reseller activity, or pricing/stock errors, in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund of any amount charged. Payments are processed securely through RBI-authorised payment gateways. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and account information and to promptly update it.

SECTION 6 – REFUNDS, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Our Refund Policy (available at [link to your Refund Policy]) is incorporated into these Terms and is framed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method, ordinarily within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting a returned item, or of a cancellation being approved. Refunds for order errors, defective, or materially different products caused by us are processed at no cost to you.

The Grievance Officer will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within one month of receipt. If unresolved, you may approach the National Consumer Helpline (1915 / 1800-11-4000, or consumerhelpline.gov.in) or the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission having jurisdiction over your residence or the place the cause of action arose (Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Section 34).

SECTION 16 – GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to your statutory right under Section 34 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission at your place of residence, any other disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
